Recruiting Process

The first step in our recruiting process is the screening of your application where your resume, cover letter and academic records will be evaluated. If we believe your profile matches our company, you will be invited to a first interview.

The first interview round consists of two interviews where you will meet consultants with different level of experience, and area of expertise. The purpose of these interviews is to learn more about your experience and skills, to determine if you are suitable for a career in BearingPoint. Furthermore it is an opportunity for you to learn more about our company.

The second interview round consist of two case-studies which reflects the typical analysis and challenges our consultants are facing on a daily basis. You will be assessed on how you structure and prioritize a complex business problem and process the given information.

After each interview round our recruiting team will assess your performance to determine whether you will be processed further. In the last interview you will meet with one of our Managing Directors or Competency Leaders.
